Our Commitment to Health & Safety during COVID-19

We take COVID-19 seriously at Regent Beach. The health and safety of our owners and guests is important to us.  Therefore, we will comply with all governmental and established medical guidance at the time of your rental.

Masks are not currently required on site, but we ask you to exercise good judgement in your decision and to respect the decision of others in this matter.

All rental units are cleaned per contemporary standards at turnover. Common areas are cleaned to the best of our ability on a regular basis.

Depending on conditions, a partition may be installed at our rental office to provide additional safety during summer rental check in.

We ask that the following be observed by all owners, guests and visitors to Regent Beach:

If posted, please follow all signposting and notices throughout the building for current requirements.

Please consider wearing a mask when you are not in the pool and please observe appropriate social distancing rules both in and out of the pool.  Residents or guests may bring their own chairs and are required to bring their own towels. Pool toys may be prohibited during COVID 19 alerts. The pool area is marked to assist in facilitating social distancing.

Please remain 6 feet apart during any seasonal rental check in; wear masks when appropriate while checking in, and, if possible, be sure to only have one member of your party in the lobby during check in to maintain the comfort and safety of others.

Increase outdoor air ventilation by opening windows and doors, when weather conditions allow. Do not open windows and doors if doing so poses a safety or health risk (e.g., risk of falling, triggering asthma symptoms) to persons using the facility. If windows or doors are opened, please turn the air conditioning OFF to avoid damage to the HVAC units.

Those who have symptoms of COVID-19 or who are otherwise sick should stay home or in their living quarters and monitor symptoms for 14 days, unless seeking medical care.

Please note that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. All owners, renters, guests and visitors to Regent Beach voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
