Our Units

Each unit has a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, and balconies or patios (ground floor) with beautiful ocean views.

Parking is provided for one car per rental unit. All cars must be registered at check-in.

Our Building

Our well maintained building and common spaces include a beautiful 5-story lobby, elevator, heated pool, parking garage and additional outdoor parking, and bike storage.

Our Location

Our ocean-front building is located next door to Congress Hall, two blocks from the Washington Street Mall, and a short walk to the Cape May Convention Hall.

Our Town

Cape May is known for its renowned restaurants, Victorian charm, premier fishing, abundant shopping, relaxing beaches, and welcoming promenade. Come enjoy our historic lighthouse, informative trolley tours, and exciting outdoor activities like golfing, birding, and surfing.
